[South Africa is refusing to withdraw troops from Russia, even after numerous complaints from the Chinese government. President Dlamini had these comments to make, “We and the Russians have always had a very close relationship. We have always worked scrupulously to repay them for the investments they have made in our country. Without the Russians, our space program could never have advanced as far as it has. We will maintain our military presence there, and continue to assist the Russian Rebuilding Program.” Here Dlamini refers to two pertinent issues on the South African agenda. The first is the rebuilding of Russia after the repealed Chinese invasion. The second is the space race. After the US-Iran nuclear catastrophe, Russia and South Africa have worked hard on a joint program to recover lost US spacecrafts on the outskirts of our Solar System.
